At Ten Yad, the volunteers receive:
- Training through Capacitating programs

Work developed by volunteers:
- Preparation of the dining-hall;
- Assistance in the Cafeteria;
- Recreational activities before and after the meals;
- Packing and delivery of the Meals-on-wheels kits;
- Packing and delivery of the Dairy kits, Weekend Kits and Special Celebration Kits;
- Organization Operation of the Thrift Shop;
- Participation in the organization of events, campaigns, special celebrations.
The Ten Yad team of volunteers is made-up of:
